Episode 1: “Wait.. What is this?”

"Log Kya Kahenge?" (What will people say/think, a question about others’ judgements) is a podcast in which we discuss issues surrounding mental health in underprivileged and underrepresented communities such as within the South Asian culture. With every episode, our goal is to try and bring awareness to various topics in mental health and create a platform on which people from these communities can share their experiences and stories.
